Zhengzhou Guangli Ruihong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 500 million yuan, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of A-share listed company GL Tech Co., Ltd. (GL Tech, 300480), specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of semiconductor dicing equipment.

GL Tech started its business as an IoT monitoring equipment for energy security production, and has established a leading position in the industry with its core technological strength. From 2016 to 2021, GL Tech acquired Loadpoint, the inventor of semiconductor dicing machines, and Loadpoint Bearings, the core component manufacturer of air spindles, both based in the UK. In addition to these acquisitions, GL Tech also acquired ADT, the world's third-largest dicing machine company based in Israel, and entered the field of semiconductor back-end packaging and testing equipment, particularly in the area of dicing machines.

In 2021, GL Tech achieved a rapid transformation from scratch and from one to many, forming a strategic layout where the IoT business and semiconductor equipment develop simultaneously.
