To meet the demand of the 6-inch market and improve its own cutting machine models, ADT has launched a new 6-inch single spindle automatic dicer, the ADT 6110.

On November 14-16, the 20th China Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Technology and Market Annual Conference was held as scheduled at the Nantong International Conference Center, and ADT participated as an invited exhibitor.

The Conference on the Localization of China’s Semiconductor Technology Equipment Development was held in Shenzhen on August 16, 2022. Mr. Zhang Peng, the General Manager of the International Department of GL Tech Group, was invited to attend the conference and gave a speech on the opportunities and challenges of domestically produced scribers.
